The base price assumes you're providing text and images, but I can write the copy and arrange photography for an additional cost. We'll figure out which parts you actually need on the discovery call, and it'll appear in your proposal as a line item rather than a surprise later.

Yes. I'm based in Tampa and a good portion of my work is local, but the entire process runs over video calls and a shared preview link, so location doesn't change anything. I've built sites for businesses well outside Florida. If you're local we can meet in person. If you're not, you won't notice a difference.
