The Answer
Anything that changes existing content rather than adding to the site. Updating prices, swapping a photo, fixing a typo, changing your hours, adding a testimonial, updating a service description. You send me what you want changed and I make the change. Writing content is different from editing it, so if you need copy written from scratch that gets quoted separately.

Not everyone does. If you're comfortable in Squarespace, you check your own forms, and you keep the site current yourself, you can skip it. Most people find they don't. The plan exists for owners who would rather send an email than learn the editor, and who want someone noticing problems before a customer does.

This covers everything Squarespace doesn't: whether your forms still work, whether your content is current, whether anything broke after an update, and having a copy of your site you can restore from.
